Meet the Team

Nursery Manager

Deputy Nursery Manager

I’m Josh and I have worked at Little Faces Nursery since October 2016. Prior to starting my job at the nursery, I was a student at Havant & South Downs College where I gained my Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Play, Learning and Development.

During my time at college, I was lucky enough to gain valuable experience through a work placement at Little Faces Nursery. Additionally, being one of the eldest of eight children I have plenty of practice looking after children. What I really enjoy about working with children is knowing I can make a difference in their lives by supporting them as they learn and grow. In my spare time, I enjoy keeping active by playing football and going to the cinema.

My name is Lesley and I hold a Level 4 qualification in Childcare, Learning and Development. Apart from a 10 month break, I have worked in this nursery for 29 years, where I gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in supporting children to achieve their full potential. I work in partnership with parents and outside agencies as well as managing a team of early years practitioners. I am also the Special Educational Needs and Behaviour Coordinator (SENCO).

I also have two grown up daughters and two beautiful grandsons.

I bring excitement and enthusiasm to my job role and find working with children extremely rewarding. I am therefore looking forward to seeing your children grow and achieve and I know that we are going to have lots of fun along the way!
