Coronavirus Information

14 March 2022

Our priority at Little Faces Nursery is to keep children and staff safe, as such we continue to monitor and follow the guidance from the NHS regarding COVID-19.

Therefore, if your child does have any symptoms of COVID-19, especially if they have been in contact with someone with COVID-19, we will continue to ask for your child to have a negative PCR test before returning to the Nursery. If your child does test positive, we ask that they stay at home until they have received a negative Lateral Flow Test on days 5 and 6 or up to 10 days if required. We will continue to notify you of any COVID-19 cases in the Nursery and which rooms they have affected. Please visit the NHS COVID-19 guidance page for up to date information regarding isolation.

We ask that you let us know if your child is affected.

In addition to the above guidance, all parents are to drop off and pick up their children at the entrance to the nursery – they do not come in. Our nursery staff wear face masks at the door for drop-off/pick-up and we encourage parents to also do the same.

The only exception to visitors coming into the nursery at the moment is for in-person tours of the nursery. For any in-person tours, we ask that visitors wear face masks.
